How I Spent My Spring Break (or at least 1/3rd of it...)
Friday, Karen took Martin, Michelle and myself to the L.A. Zoo! Thanks, Karen!

So, now that you know what I did with my Friday, guess what I did with most of Saturday and Sunday? Edited the pictures from the zoo. Yeah, I spend a lot of time on the computer. Probably too much, honestly. But this means you get a second page of pictures from the zoo from me! (For those interested and who missed the first one, it's here. I'd read it first.)

Comments on the pictures are welcome below.

I was really stunned at what great lion pics we got. Obviously, I couldn't narrow it down past 4!

Hmph! Just think, you could have been working on the redesign of my website!

So if you're still willing after that snide remark, how might we discuss, email or phone? I won't be at the restaurant this Thursday for religious reasons.

Oh, also I want to tell you what domain name I registered with godaddy.com a few months with only the vaguest thought of migrating my site there someday.

E-mail is always a useful thing. My correct email address is in my lj userinfo if you would like to go about things that way. It's really the best way to contact me.

how fun, I haven't been to the LA zoo in years...the first time I went, I loved the machines that made the plastic animals right in front of you...I know they are gone, but they were awesome. I had the whole set I think...

I know the habitats were far better at the San Deigo zoo, but it has been a long time since I was there either...but at least the high price to get in, goes for something obvious.

I love the merkats. amd they seem to love to be photographed too...and the lion looks like my own baby, only orange and much bigger, good that, a lion would not fit in my 'house'...but Willie looked at me funny when I said it looked like him...don't think he agreed but it does have a 'mane'...no pleasing cats you know...

I know they are gone, but they were awesome.

They are still there! I saw one woman going around and collecting the set while we were there! They're 2 bucks each and there are 12 in the park.

very cool, now I will have to plan a trip with Richard soon...I will have to have at least one, don't know if I can justify the whole set again...

It was made by khushiicons! Sooner or later I will get around to properly doing up my pictures from mine and blindfish's trip to the Dudley zoo. I can't get enough penguins/flamingos/otters/giraffes etc.

We have no penguins, but the otters are pretty awesome.

Jodie made fun of me for flirting with the penguin keeper :P She maintains I just wanted to get in to play with them.
