Quickies...
Firstly, freerice.com has doubled the amount of rice it's giving away. Now, instead of getting 10 grains per correct answer, you get twenty. So for the same amount of time playing the game you feed twice as many hungry people.

Secondly, phoenix_anew's boyfriend made this hysterical little children's story about Vista. Tell her it's awesome so she can pass it on ^_^

Feeding the hungry, playing games or reading comics?

Feeding the hungry while satisfying my drive to prove my vocab skills.

Submitted 1800+ grains, which I wish they would say how much is a meal.

Beats the Ninjia vs Pirate Application over at Facebook.

What's the ninja/pirate thing?

Its an application/online game that you "merrily" click away at, that uses die rolls between Facebook members who are designated as either a Pirate or a Ninja. You pick random opponents, click the start battle, and see the results gaining experience and gold.

Its very addicting but provides no real benefit except competition with yourself to improve your rank or gold account.

This application down recently more than its up and with like 10 gold left I have reached the highest level (not experience points, just highest rank of Chuck Norris ultimate Ninja), so no real goal to stay there anymore.

Guess I'm more ADD than I thought....... ;-)

Haha, I'm glad you enjoyed the story. It set me into a fit of giggles when he originally posted it. :)
