Bedtime Story...
I finally got around to editing the pictures I made for Illustration I (not WELL, but they're edited) and so I made a web page with accompanying graphics for my More Three Bears story. If you want to see my little bedtime story for children (and those young at heart), you can check it out at

http://www.relaxorium.com/bearstory/index.html

For those who are curious, I got a B on this one. And it's not my best designed web page, I just sort of wanted it out there for people to stumble upon.

(BTW, I know a lot of you have read it before. But there are pictures. So go if you want to see my mediocre drawing talents.)

OK serious you need to make an avatar with the three bears drawing on it, its GERAT.

The story was good, and if for kids I think the reader may have to read it through once to get the right voices intonations.

One part struck me funnier than normal and I had to read it three times to see if it was me or the story.

**** SPOILER!!!!! ******
After the boy goes to collect his fee from the mayor in removing the bears, I initially read it like "well since the female bear is around he should get "half wages" for the girl bear. Then I started looking for deeper meaning in the story about pay inequality.
*************

But some of the illustrations are great as is and should definitely be used to inspire any future illustrator for the story.

Even consider this for publish on demand:

The self publishing is an okay idea, but I really don't think it will sell with just my illustrations. Plus, the trick is getting your books into the stores, which is what the big companies are good for.

Yeah, the voices are a bit weird, but I think that will ultimately add to the story. Once a parent has read through it once it's going to give a lot more fun than some other books I think.

You really like the three bears drawing? The whole thing is a study in laziness, honestly, I kept trying to find ways where I wouldn't have to try and get the faces right very often.

As far as I'm aware there are no deeper meanings ^_^

They're way better than some children's books I've seen.

Like this one.

It is an amusing and semi-whimsical story. Raargh.
