Did that, actually. Back when the family lived at the house in Pacific Palisades, my sister and I kept a pair of white ducks, which waddled around, and quacked, and ate, and defecated where they pleased. Not sure exactly when this was, but I remember we named them Ike and Mamie, so that ought to be a clue.
When I win the Lotto, m'dear, I shall build a house and call it Duck's Repose.
The problem with baby aminals is that they grow up and become considerably less cute adult aminals. Much as I enjoy watching ducklings (and goslings, and cygnets, and of course baby chicks), I feel that they are happier left to grow up into strong, flapping quackers which will wing it in the wild.
I just noticed that one of your interests is "crows." Imagine that. Caw.
There's nothing wrong with them growing up and joining the world. If they come back, you may have more baby ducks! If not, you can buy more baby ducks. And adults are sweeties, too.
I THINK it's a ferret (look at the weency little eyes) but honestly I have NO idea what the interest for that pic was! I looked through all the possible pictures and they all sucked and they all had nothing in common with each other, except that pic was cute. I left it even though it doesn't MEAN anything as far as I can tell just for the fangy grin ^_^
Went to both, I liked the second one better. I could not get the videos to play the sound but watched some anyway. I love the synchronized goldfish swimming!
Had to take it down. Apparently, it's straining Yahoo's servers. Google has a per-application/developer token rate-limit and that will be exceeded very easily I'm not sure how much caching results will help. There's a really long long tail of interests. I guess this just has to die. Fun while it lasted :D Nobody's going to want to do this meme in a week anyway.
