Reading this will make you smarter.

In other subjects, here is a dog in a hat.

I did not know that.

I must be stupid.

I just love the idea that with one quick link in my journal, I can make all my friends smarter! ^_^

Kind of an interesting thought. I've always been told that because I am a science major, and that I liked math, therefore I must be smart. That because I have 2 engineers in my family, therefore I must be smart. I've also heard that because some of my friends are girls, they don't understand math...

But what if, I get math and loves science NOT because I am smarter, but because I've always been told that it's not hard. That the goal is acheivable. And because it is common to be good at math in my household, it became the norm rather than the exception.

Makes one think... which should make one smarter :)

How about the belief that believing that you can become smarter can make you smarter?
(I'll believe that...)

I think that's probably the basis.

What happened to the pug with the Tux?

I accidentally posted twice and needed to delete one. And I find the dog with her tongue sticking out superior to a pug in a tux.
