Art geeks...
I know a few of you out there use drawing tablets with your computer. What programs work best for drawing with those things? What freeware/shareware? Anything recommended from Adobe?

Try GIMP, although on a Mac you'll need to install the X.11 Developer's Tools from the Mac install DVD/CD

Thanks! I just bought a cheap-ass tablet, so I'm going to want to try and draw stuff.

Cheap asstablet?

maybe a cheap HAND tablet would be easier to draw with, BUT you are the artist.... ;-)

I've already got a cheap ass hand tablet, but no scanner, so anything I draw has to have a picture taken and then photoshopped before I can do anything with it online. A cheap ass tablet, hopefully, will eliminate that middleman.

And since I never draw I'm declaring April to be Drawing Month so that I get more practice...
