This is what a poll looks like when the person asking the questions is too lazy to use the LJ poll maker...

Would you in general prefer one long multipost like whoah with lots of things that don't have anything to do with each other or 4-5 posts over one day? Possibly right next to each other on your friends page?

Either way. I like the separate posts just because it adds little breaks between ideas, but I don't actually NEED it.

One for separate. Got it.

I like both methods. As spazzychic said, the little posts break up the day, while the multiposts give me something epic to read.

I'm not sure I'll even release it, it's pretty personal ^_^

It's good to keep things for yourself once in a while.

Often, the long multiposts suffer from tl;dr ... unless something catches my eye while skimming or I'm bored out of my mind at work. I would prefer separate posts throughout the day, immediately following each other or not.

This seems to be the consensus so far...

And long time no hear!

indeed! I've been mostly passive in LJ for no good reason: reading daily but commenting and posting infrequently.

No preference as long as I get to see how you are doing :)

I actually LOL'ed at that, I've been relatively private lately, at least online.

Free next week through August 30th, if you want to do lunch or something.

The little things do seem to work better - but may be more work for you, instead of just posting a collection...

Same work either way, honestly. And I think separate will give more comments, which are sort of the point of posting.
