This is Howard Frinkleman reporting from the KCRO traffic copter. We're directly over Winnetka and it looks like today's mood is Emo. Anyone expecting to deal with people in Winnetka should expect delays.

I just have confusion from mixed signals. On one hand, a meeting has been scheduled one on one with my boss to discuss "issues." When I ask about those issues, she says she doesn't want to ruin my day.

On the other hand, my boss tells me when I ask what's up that everything is fine and I shouldn't worry about things.
