It's confirmed.

My cat, Hunley, is insane.

I was feeding the rats and one of the lab blocks landed on the floor. He ate the whole damn thing.

Here's a list of typical ingredients in lab blocks.

Ground corn, dehulled soybean meal, wheat middlings, cane molasses, dehydrated alfalfa meal, ground oats, dried beet pulp, brewers dried yeast, wheat germ meal, soybean oil...and then it gets into a list of calcium diphosphate and stuff like that.

Why in the WORLD would my cat eat something that is approx. 90% grain crap compressed into a tiny little cube unless he was certifiably insane....
